PAYMENT
By Mail: Payment for advertising request through the mail must be submitted along with the agreement. The advertiser’s check for payment must be cashable upon receipt.
By PayPal:
By Phone: Payment for advertising taken over the phone will be collected by United Parcel Service (UPS) on a COD for the advertising cost.
Promoters’ note: if requested, tournament promoters will be given until the day of their event before we cash their check. The check must be cashable the first business day after their tournament.

The Advertiser hereby authorizes the O.M.A.M. to publish advertising copy as given by the Advertiser or created by O.M.A.M. for the following issue, dates, rates and sizes.

· The Advertiser understands that the agreement must include payment for their ads
· The advertiser agrees that all contracted advertising must be paid whether or not the advertiser continues to run their ads. Cancelling of advertising must be in writing and with payment in full for all contracted advertising.
· The advertiser understands and agrees that unaccepted C.O.D. charges, from a C.O.D. return will be charged a 25% collection fee.
· The O.M.A.M. has the right to revise or reject any advertising which is deemed objectionable with the policies of the magazine.
· The advertiser understands that positioning of ads is not guaranteed. (except on special page ads)
· In case or error on our part, advertising that is submitted by the advertiser and typeset by O.M.A.M., the O.M.A.M. will not assume responsibility, but will, at their discretion do what they feel is fair to settle the situation.
· The O.M.A.M. disclaims responsibility for any and all errors in advertising that is taken over the phone or sent in by the advertiser.
